Rates
All prices are in Canadian (CDN) Dollars, per night, per room, for two people.
Room #1 - Olde Victorian Rose - $150 CDN plus taxes per night
Room #2 - Morning Glory - $120 CDN plus taxes per night
Room #3 - Cherry Rose - $140 CDN plus taxes per night
Room #4 - The Gallery - $200 CDN plus taxes per night
Payment Methods
We accept payment by American Express, Cash, Cheque, Diners Club, MasterCard, Traveller's Cheques, Visa.
Booking Conditions
We require a one night deposit. Refunds are allowed if room(s) is cancelled 7 days in advance. There is a $10 administration fee for cancellation. We will refund the deposit if the room is rebooked. There is no minimum stay. Room prices do not include GST or PST. which will be added to the daily price.
Check In/Out Details
Check In Time: 3pm to 6pm Check Out Time: 11am
Check In/Out Conditions: Check in is after three to allow us time to prepare your room. If you need to make other arrangements, we will do our best to meet your needs. We have a complimentary home baked dessert with coffee or tea between four and six pm
Driving Directions From Toronto
Take 401 to Kitchener then take #7/8 West to Stratford. Proceed into Stratford and it becomes Ontario St. Turn right at Waterloo St.S. There is a Tim Horton's on the corner. Go across the bridge and it becomes Waterloo St. N. The second street you come to is Elizabeth St. and we are the second house on the left past the corner. It's the first laneway (circular) and there's a rose garden in the front yard.
Driving Directions From Detroit
Take 401 to London and take the Highbury Ave. N exit which takes you through London. Continue on Highbury until it deadends. Turn right onto #7 and proceed to Stratford. #7 becomes Erie St. when you get to Stratford. Turn right at Ontario St. and then left onto Waterloo. St.S. Go across the bridge and you are on Waterloo St. N. Go past the second side street which is Elizabeth St. and we are the second house, first laneway on the left.
What's for Breakfast?
We feature fresh fruit, home baked croissants, tea biscuits, and/or muffins. We serve home made preserves and a variety of delicious hot dishes. The freshly ground coffee, tea and juice are unlimited.
Are the rooms Air Conditioned?
Yes
What about children?
We are an adult oriented bed and breakfast but can accommodate older children.
Is Smoking Allowed?
No. However smoking is allowed in the front yard.
How far is it to downtown or theaters?
Arbour Garden is situated very close to both the downtown business area and the theaters. For most locations it is a 5 to10 minute walk or 2 to3 minute drive.
Can we bring our Pet?
We're sorry but we cannot accommodate visiting pets. We have a cat that is not allowed in the guest quarters.
